Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy




Our goal at Amanda Andrade Hypnosis is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fees. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Session appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy will be subject to the following fee(s): 

Cancellation

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your meeting time there is no cancellation fee and you will be refunded 100% of the deposit.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of your deposit plus approximately 2.9% plus $0.30 of the original deposit paid as a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

If you reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee.

If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your deposit. The final adjusted balance will be due at the time of your rescheduled appointment.
This minimum period of cancellation allows Amanda Andrade Hypnosis the opportunity to offer the canceled session to another client.

Refund of unused deposits, full payment fees & “gift payments”
Any deposits, full payment fees or egift payments (treatment fees paid for another person) expire 3 months after the date of payment. Please ensure that the fees are used for treatment within this period.

Refund requests should be made by email within the 3 month period following payment. Since 1st January 2022, refunds paid with your credit card through PayPal (my standard payment method) are now returned minus PayPal transaction fees. The transaction fee is approximately 2.9% plus $0.30 of the original deposit paid. For currency conversions please check https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees as we follow their standards.

Treatment fees paid by bank transfer or in cash can be refunded without a transaction fee. Please submit a refund request by email including your bank transfer details within 3 months.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the session amount. Session amount is different from the price listed on our booking page. If a patient accumulates 3 “No-shows”, he or she may be asked to leave the practice.

Late Arrival for your Scheduled Appointment

If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy for Multi-Hour Package Purchase

While there is no additional deposit required for making appointments for pre-purchased multi-hour packages, appointments canceled or rescheduled will be subject to the following policy and fee(s):

Rescheduling

If you reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee.
If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged $50.00 USD rescheduling fee per occurrence. The final adjusted balance will be due at the time of your rescheduled appointment.

How to Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment

To cancel or reschedule appointments there are several options:

1. Call 904 614-5733. This number often goes to voicemail so please allow up to 12-24 hours for a return call. Please leave a detailed message and a contact number if canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

2. Please send an e-mail to info@amandaandradehypnosis.com announcing that you won't be able to proceed with the appointment and that you request a cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. Be aware of leaving all of the details of your appointment.

3. Please refer to your confirmation or reminder email. These emails contain an option to Cancel/Reschedule that will take you directly to our appointment calendar for canceling or rescheduling your existing appointment. Be advised; if it’s less than 48 hours before your appointment, canceling or rescheduling options will not be available, so you will need to call the office at 904 614-5733 and this is subject to the cancellation/rescheduling policy.

4.  Cancellations or rescheduling for Monday appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by 2:00 PM the previous Friday or be subject to cancellation/rescheduling fees listed above.
