Amanda Andrade is a USA-qualified and registered hypnotherapist. She follows professional codes of conduct that fulfill the membership requirements of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy.
All clients agreeing to use online hypnotherapy from Amanda Andrade Hypnosis are accepting that this matter contract/agreement, and the services to which it relates, are subject to the jurisdiction of Florida, USA. You are accepting that any dispute or differences in relation to this contract/agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jacksonville, Florida USA.
All services offered are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment. Please consult with your Primary Physician prior to your treatment to diagnose and treat any medical conditions.
Pre-assessment Online Video Chat
Prior to your first consultation, a brief 5 -10 minute video chat will be organized to assess media compatibility and discuss any remedial action if technology malfunctions or fails.
Duration of Online Sessions
Please make sure that on the time we set our session the space will be totally available and free of any daily interruption. Online sessions are usually 1 up to 2 hours in duration, sometimes up to 3 hours depending on which modality we are using.
Electronic Media Malfunction or Failure
Amanda Andrade Hypnosis is not responsible for direct or consequential loss due to internet service failure or electronic media malfunction. No refunds are given when technological malfunction or failure is on part of the client.
Where there are technological malfunctions on Amanda Andrade Hypnosis's part, reconnections will be attempted during the allotted appointment time. In the event of a complete technological failure on my part, the appointment will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time to complete the remaining time left in the session. Offline contact details can be used for the remaining treatment where it is reasonably possible and mutually agreed upon.
